i bought this adapter to have a backup one for my toshiba laptop, it was shipped quickly and well packed. ive had cause to use it a few times and its exactly what i needed. i also bought an extra adapter for a family members laptop from this company and got same good service and good price. whenever im looking for a product i go to amazon.com first, and almost always they have what i am looking for, never in several years have i had any problem with purchasing thru amazon and their retailers. i dont mean to sound like a commercial, lol, i just like the good service i get from shopping thru amazon.
